Best tofu

I eat a lot of tofu, but this is my favorite tofu on the market. Pricier than other tofu options, but this is so smooth, nutty and absolutely delicious! I’m not sure how to describe what makes this tofu different, but it’s great to eat raw and cooked. Great texture too. My friend said it reminds of her eating a smooth cheese.

Really versatile

I discovered Hodo because one of my favorite restaurants uses it in their grilled tofu recipe. I tried to duplicate it with other brands and it wasn't the same. This tofu marinates beautifully.
